FDTI CamerQuants

Contrary to most training programmes, the aim at FDTI is not to offer trainees another degree. FDTI believes that whilst universities and online resources provide strong theoretical foundations, practical knowledge remains a key requirement for entering the job market.

That is why FDTI places strong emphasis on applied learning, by immersing trainees in an environment similar to a real-life Quants setting and by enabling them to develop both technical and soft skills.

At the end of Level 2, trainees return to their universities to continue and complete their Master 2 before interviewing for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement at a financial institution partner of FDTI. Likewise, at the end of the AAQFA programme, trainees also interview for an On-the-Job Training (OJT) placement with one of FDTI’s partner financial institutions. The OJT provides direct exposure to the profession of Quant and serves as a transition from training to professional practice. At the end of the OJT, successful candidates may receive a job offer from the partner institution.
